ReSoLve (Responsible Succession Leadership) started in 2023 as a learning experience focused on women leaders in the water sector. Our mission is to empower and retain women in the water industry by fostering a supportive environment that enables them to thrive as leaders and mentor future generations, ultimately creating a stronger and more diverse water sector.
